Ingredients: 35 ml Origins Vodka; 10 ml St-Germain; 5 ml Pear liqueur; 12 ml Sugar syrup; 25 ml Clarified bergamot; 10 ml Chardonnay; 70 ml Soda water

35 mlOrigins Vodka
10 mlSt-Germain — elderflower
5 mlPear liqueur
12 mlSugar syrup
25 mlClarified bergamot — or lemon
10 mlChardonnay
70 mlSoda water

Method

Fill a highball to the top with a clear ice spear.
Build the vodka, St-Germain, pear liqueur, sugar syrup, clarified bergamot and Chardonnay directly over the ice.
Top with soda water and stir once, gently.
Twist a lemon zest over the drink and drop it in.
